How do one develop an ultra-premium tea brand and it’s packaging that can make it seem at home in exclusive stores like Harrods of London?

For us it came down to simple yet elegant use of colour and textures. It was conceived with a feeling to set it apart from other Ahmad Tea ranges as a complete stand alone endorsed sub-brand. That primary sales channels were to be in super premium specialised channels like the Marriott Hotels, Harrods and exclusive online outlets.

The product itself had to maintain a Wow-effect for the entire unboxing experience. A layered process ensured the customer is emotionally engaged in the tea story right from the start. This exclusive feeling is delivered by a minimalist design language, deliberately crafted to not over-shadow the premium tea inside.
